The interior was Vuittonite but was super sticky so it was removed, leaving clean plain canvas. There was no legible date code in the Vuittonite.  I’ve included an organizer in the purse, which helps keeps the bag’s structure, and makes sure your goodies are organized. There is a gold button magnetic snap that keeps your goodies secure. All outside edges are stitched \u003cem data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cstrong data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eby hand \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003ewith an natural leather lace that has been dyed to match the two handles.  \u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eBrass eyelets were added to the corners so that the brass rings could easily go through them. There are two straps included with this bag!! The longer adjustable vachetta leather strap is perfect to wear crossbody (41-49\").  It looks JUST like an  LV strap!!  Or, remove it and carry the bag with the smaller braided vachetta strap (12\")! It was used (and patented) by Louis Vuitton because its resistance to water makes it easy to clean. Unfortunately, when exposed to high heat or humidity, Vuittonite begins to deteriorate and peel away from the edges of the bag. Over time, it becomes increasingly sticky, forming a residue (which, in extreme cases, is black in color) that transfers to anything placed inside the bag.
